Who this is
This site is operated by Ivana Tačíková, a self-employed developer based in the Czech Republic. Contact: contact@ivanatacikova.com.
What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address and message. Nothing else on this site collects personal data — there is no analytics tracker, no advertising pixel, and no cookie beyond what's strictly needed to serve the page.
Why it's collected
Solely to read your message and reply to you. Your details are not added to a mailing list, not used for marketing, and not profiled or automated in any way.
Legal basis
Legitimate interest — responding to an enquiry you initiated by submitting the form.
Who sees it
The message is delivered to my own inbox via Azure Communication Services Email. It is not shared with any third party, sold, or used to train any AI model.
How long it's kept
As long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting correspondence or contract, and no longer than normal business-record retention requires.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data held about you, or object to its processing. Email contact@ivanatacikova.com and I'll respond within a month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
